The team is a blend of new graduates to engineers with 20+ years of experience, with many embracing the career progression opportunities within. Support to over 10,000+ health staff in the region is provided via the local and remote teams to ensure timely support is accessible at the point of care.
Neelu is the Chief Information Officer of the Hume Rural Health Alliance and brings over 17 years of leadership experience in the health, community services, not for profit and private sectors, mainly focussing on digital transformation, capability building and program delivery. She holds a Master of Information Systems from RMIT and Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
Emma is the Program Director – Hume Digital Health, with over 18 years’ experience. The majority of her work has been architecting and implementing transformation programs to support the design and adoption of new technologies and ways of working. She has extensive hands on project management experience as well as highly developed solution management and business analysis skills and adept at stablishing effective governance and controls for projects and programs.
Lay is the Program Director – Transition and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ICT transition initiatives across the member health services. She brings with her years of experience in not for profit and government sectors, managing digital transformation programs and leading organisations through significant ICT changes.
Paul Macheda is a seasoned professional in the realm of Information Technology, serving as the Director of IT Operations for HRHA. Paul plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of critical IT systems that underpin the delivery of healthcare services.
Paul oversees the development, implementation and support of robust IT infrastructure, service delivery, cybersecurity protocols, and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. His leadership style is characterized by a commitment to excellence, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking IT culture within the organisation.
Ankur, Director of Information Security is a highly accomplished and recognised executive in the field of cyber security, with a wealth of real-world hands-on leadership experience, and a track record of success.
